Ottiyambakkam is a small village now well connected with OMR, Medavakkam and Siruseri. This temple is close to the Thalambur four way junction which crosses the OMR - Thalambur Road and Siruseri - Medavakkam road

 From the cross road head towards the Sithalapakkam/Medavakkam route and you will find a T-junction dotted with propaganda Flex boards of a local panchayat leader.. Shri Deivya Siddhar. from there you need to take a left and head straight to the busstop and take the second left after hardware shop

The Temple history is not known. Lord Otteshshwarar is a giant linga with all charm.
